Vine variety: Cabernet sauvignon

Sun exposure: South, south-west

Soil position: Hills of 100 metres a.s.l.

Vine growing system: Spurred cordon.

Soil type: Clayey of medium texture (red clay).

Period of grapeharvest: Second and third weeks of October.

Bottling: April two years after the harvest, after ageing in barrel, fining in bottle for four months.

Color: Intense rubin red.

Smell: Intense, herbaceous, fruity and floral, with the typical violet and green pepper scents of the vine variety.

Flavour: Medium sweet, warm, soft, tannic and with a great structure and persistence.

Food matching: First corse with spices and meat sauces, red meat, pork, lamb and soft/fresh cheeses.

Alcohol volume: 13,5%.
